From Switchfest to Beachcon: April Buzzed

Thunder Gaming welcomed April with an addition of Hearthstone bi-weekly tournaments, Beachcon, Switchfest, and our second Call of Duty Tournament in the Thunder Gaming Esports Center. The rest of Thunder Gaming was busy hosting the Bombers, a League of Legends team from Australia, and shooting commercials. Radioflash, an independent film also filmed at our location and sponsored the prize pool for our Dropkick Tuesday event that week.

We supported over 800 attendees throughout the weekend with a variety of activities. There were vendors outside and inside AVGL held its finals in CS:GO and Dota 2. The prize pools for each title were $10,000. Check out ESPN’s coverage of the event.
