Thunder Gaming is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for gaming and esports. The Associate will be responsible for building client relationships and promoting Thunder Gaming’s facilities and services. Knowledge of esports leagues, community and industry is a must.
Responsibilities and Duties: Collaborate closely with management to plan and implement a strategic outreach plan. Generate revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting. Collaborate with Community Managers on a variety of partner relationships. Interface with and nurture leads through various outbound channels including phone, email, social media. Act as a self-starter while leveraging cross-functional collaboration wherever appropriate. This is a full cycle sales role—you’ll be generating leads for others and eventually generating and closing deals of your own. Perform other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for: A self-starter with proven professional success in a fast-paced, demanding work environment. Proven track record of generating results and revenue. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, or related field. 1-2 years in customer service, sales, marketing, and/or account management. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Experience in gaming and esports a plus.
Compensation: $24,000 per year + commission.
